Red Label is a strategic intelligence practice grounded in open-source intelligence and AI-augmented analysis. The work is small by design: open-source collection, network analysis, analytical methodology, and judgment built over two decades of executive operating experience.
Aaron Trubic, Managing Director, has spent twenty years advising private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional research groups, and some of the world's most iconic global brands. He founded three companies in advisory and digital strategy with two successful exits, with operating background across the entertainment, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. He is the author of The Shape of Outcomes (Red Label Press).
Aaron began programming at age ten and entered university at twelve. The early career in software, search infrastructure, and digital systems became the foundation for how he thinks about signal, mechanism, and methodology. He works extensively with AI tooling and has built and deployed analytical methodologies in production.
Red Label engagements start with the question, not the deliverable. Most begin with something that does not fit a desk audit: what is the actual operating history behind an entity, what does the second-order network look like, and what assumptions are baked into the conventional read. The output is a report written for the person making the decision.
